International voting statistics put Italy in first place with more than 92 percent of eligible voters showing up at the polls for a national election. Mali is at the bottom of the list with a response of less than 22 percent. And the United States? 139th out of 172 countries, with 48.3 percent of eligible participants casting their vote in an average election.
